What is the Refund Policy?

However You are eligible for refund only if following conditions apply

  • You claim within 7 days of your submission or renewal date.
  • You have not breached any clause of our Terms of Usage.
  • You must not have consumed more than 500 MB bandwidth limit nor have exceeded 30 sessions limit.
  • You have not claimed for refund under the same policy before.
  • If you were unaware of ‘auto-recurring’ option or forgot to turn it off, you can claim for a refund only if you fulfill above mentioned criteria.
