10PayPal, BlueSnap, and Stripe payment methods offered by Ivacy are set for auto-recurring for the convenience of our valuable users. And also because most of our users like to keep it that way so they can continue using Ivacy without any hiccups. However, if any user, at anytime, would like to opt-out from auto-recurring, they can easily do it by following these simple and easy steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Click the ‘Profile’ link at the top of the page
- To find your payment, go to ‘My Money’ and click ‘Update’ option just beside ‘My Preapproved payments’
- Select the payment and click ‘Cancel’. Congratulations! You are done.
- Login to your BlueSnap account
- Enter your credentials
- Now, click the “Change” link under the ‘Status’ column
- Provide a reason for cancellation and then hit the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.
Stripe(Credit/Debit Card) users can simply create an Ivacy support ticket or send us an email at [email protected] for auto-recurring payment cancellation.
If you are an active customer then you will get a renewal invoice 7 days prior to your Ivacy account expiry date, which you can pay from your Member’s Area. By default Credit card (Bluesnap & Stripe) and PayPal payments are on auto-recurring, so if you had paid by any of these methods, you don’t need to worry, you will be charged automatically and your account will be renewed.
Payments via perfect money, Payment wall, Bitcoin, and Ali Pay are non-recurring so you need to pay the renewal invoice manually from your Member’s Area.
